Great cold beer but the food was very disappointing
Called in for a few drinks with my wife in the late afternoon. One of the customers who clearly had too much to drink came over and started to make my wife feel uncomfortable. He was eventually arrested and taken away by the police. I thought the venue had a responsibility to stop serving people that have clearly had too much to drink. Anyway, we put that behind us and returned thinking we would get a great pub meal for dinner. Well it’s was their pizza and pasta night. The pizza tasted like a cheap supermarket brought one that was at best like warm. My wife had lasagne, again pre-made and again only like warm. All in all, not what we expected from an iconic outback pub. Very disappointing.
